Yeah the android version is already compressed. Sorry this happens because large images are being moved around in the code and it sometimes crashes weaker devices. I didn't anticipate that this was such a load on phones when I started doing this, I'm a new dev. I will try and make an online version that you can play on the web. Maybe that'll solve issues for people like you.
Keep in mind though skipping transitions eases the load on your device but sometimes scenes wont fully show as intended. So i'd only turn that off where it crashes.
Finally an update!!! Ive been Dying!!!! this is a must play everyone reading the comments! For whatever its worth the list of Goon games I've played is EXTENSIVE and this is in the top 10 maybe made it into top 5. The amount of Goon material in the game right now (I've yet to play episode 4) is more of a tease (for the beginning of a game its the perfect amount) so I hope that ramps up soon. if this game is as of right now half over at episode 4 (I cannot confirm if this is half or not) and the next 4 are focused on free roam and copious amounts of GOON this game will be a MASTERPIECE! I WILL be buying on full release thank you.

I haven't seen how that looks like since I haven't made a game, but there has to be an option to check a box and then the download is aviable here.

One dev that just did it has written this :
once you upload a file, when editing the post, in the files section, under the name and size of said file, there's a list where you have to state the type of file it is (executable, video, etc.) and at the side of it, there are some easy to ignore small checkboxes, from left to right they have the windows, linux, apple and android logo.
These checkboxes, that do nothing in the web version, are the ones that the app check to see if a file is downloadable in your system.
Ok I checked the boxes to define what upload was for which operating system. Did that fix it? There is no android version btw, so if you're looking to dl that, it's not there.

If yes, download the low quality version and that should then work :)

Thinking about it, you might be able to turn on 'SKIP TRANSITIONS' in the settings and that MIGHT help. If you find it does, plesse let me know!

The downloadable is v0.3, but after reading it I revised the file and the app check wasn't on, sorry about that, is an easy to ignore checkbox
